#2:  Display the IF LOST Tag by attaching it to the back of a shirt or jacket to help prevent child removal.

#3:  Use caution with safety pin.  Do not attach to sensitive clothing.

Standard IF LOST Tag:

• Allows the customer to write phone numbers on the line under each of the three contact persons (CALL MY GUARDIAN, CALL MY FAMILY, CALL MY FRIEND).  For best results, we recommend writing phone numbers onto the tag with a fine-point permanent pen.
• For safety reasons, DO NOT write any names or addresses on IF LOST Tags.
• Slide the water-resistant plastic IF LOST Tag into the plastic cover and attach to back side of shirt or jacket with safety pin (included) to help prevent child removal.

Customized IF LOST Tag:

• The customer's three contact person selections and phone numbers are custom printed on the IF LOST Tag and placed into the custom IF LOST Tag cover.
• For safety reasons, DO NOT write any names or addresses on IF LOST Tags.
• Display the IF LOST Tag by attaching it to the back of a shirt or jacket with safety pin (included) to help prevent child removal.
