#1: No names or addresses.....write only phone numbers.

#2: The IF LOST Dog Shirt is worn so that the IF LOST design is displayed on the dog’s back.

Customer writes phone numbers directly onto the IF LOST Dog Shirt on the line under each of the three standard contact persons (CALL MY OWNER, CALL MY FAMILY, CALL MY FRIEND). For best results, we recommend using a permanent fabric pen to write phone numbers on the IF LOST Dog Shirt.
For safety reasons, DO NOT write names or addresses on the IF LOST Dog Shirt.
Display IF LOST product on the dog's back.
