Standard IF LOST Tag
The Standard IF LOST Tag comes with three standard contact persons already custom printed on this waterproof plastic tag (CALL MY GUARDIAN, CALL MY FAMILY, CALL MY FRIEND). For safety reasons, the customer writes only phone numbers (no names or addresses) and slides the tag into the custom tag cover. The tag is attached to the back side of shirt or jacket (safety pin included). The IF LOST Tag, approximately 3"x 4", is reusable and can be moved from shirt to shirt or jacket to jacket.
